Hi Everyone! This weekend I completed Part I of the latest Retro Foodie photo shoot. And yes, it’s Memphis-Milano inspired. You can see a sneak preview with the plate of donuts above. What’s better than donuts covered with chocolate icing? Donuts covered with chocolate icing and sprinkles! In fact, the sprinkle motif is the inspiration for today’s montage. Cute as an ’80s Valentine
As you know from our previous post on ’80s Valentine’s Day Style, I’m trying to pick a motif for an upcoming Retro Foodie event: a 1980s-themed Valentine’s Day dessert party. The first look played up the “glam” with crystal hearts, rose petals and champagne. In an over-the-top sort of way! Check out our first mood board here.
