Hi there! Just checking in to say hello…and that I hope fall has been treating you well. It’s been a busy one here at Mirror80, and today I wanted to share a few behind-the-scenes snapshots. I’ve been trying to do more original photo shoots for the blog, and I’ve taken some time to learn more about my camera’s capabilities (thanks to this fabulous class from A Beautiful Mess). In terms of fall plans, there have also been a LOT of social events, like last weekend’s big family reunion, and it’s really been a time of reconnecting with the people I care about. But back to the blog, are you ready for some photos?!

And from part 2 of the shoot, here I am, realizing the glare on the glasses is going to be a problem (I’ll know next time to take the lenses out–ha!)…
And last but not least, my husband celebrated his birthday this week, and I filled our shower with balloons and a fringe curtain to surprise him! (I was inspired by this Oh Happy Day post)
