Happy Fall, all you ’80s-lovers! Today’s autumn floral arrangement is super easy to create. The globular Haeger vase was a resale shop find (we’re talking a few bucks). Fill it with blooms from the same color family. We chose mums and roses in shades of peach and rust. That’s it! There’s something about the monochromatic look that beats you over the head with its ’80s color palette, transporting the arrangement from tacky-ville to cheeky-ville. Next, we show you how to jazz it up…
Come on, you didn’t think you’d escape this blog post without seeing a ceramic swan, did you?! Expand your fall arrangement by adding a couple more 1980s ceramics. Like a Deco swan and another globe vase! We filled ours with an air plant. Sure, air plants weren’t mainstream in the ’80s, but there’s something about the tropical vibe they evoke that seems decade-relevant. Even for an autumn vignette.
Hope your Wednesday blossoms with festivity…
