Spring Things

Happy Spring! It may not be official yet, but once the sun returns and Daylight Savings has passed, it’s spring as far as I’m concerned. So I’m celebrating with a colorful photo shoot that features some of my favorite spring things: new plants, lots of flowers, entertaining (hence the balloons), Easter…all set against a backdrop of silly string. Because this time of the year is all about vibrancy and fun!

For the last two weekends, I’ve been working hard in the garden. I’ve uprooted plants that needed to go. I’ve added new plants to fill in holes where previous plants haven’t survived. I’ve repotted plants. I’ve done some mild re-landscaping in the front yard. Is it weird that this is how I unwind?!
