Hi Everyone! Just wanted to check in one more time with some design-worthy Thanksgiving ideas to put you in a fall mood–with a retro twist, of course! First up: a collection of wall hangings that put a modern spin on ’70s style. Above (left) we see the beginnings of a wall hanging I created for Decoist using nothing but yarn and a copper pipe! A Very ’80s Thanksgiving Palette
How’s your November going? Mine has been much busier than usual, and as plans for Thanksgiving are underway, I’ve started thinking about the importance of enjoying some quiet reflection this month. Celebrating with the entire family is an amazing experience that I would never give up, but it’s also fun to take some time with friends, or even smaller groups of family members. Fall dinner parties are one of my favorite endeavors, and today we dream up an ’80s-style Thanksgiving palette for our next Retro Foodie photo shoot.
