Happy Monday! Today I’m sharing some photos from my weekend beach trip. South Padre Island, Texas was the destination of choice, and my husband’s lovely family—who is now my family—hosted us in style. They found us the most amazing condo to enjoy, which was a prime spot for taking in the Friday night fireworks. They took us out to eat at delicious restaurants, gave us a tour of the island, and were all around amazing as usual. Here are some of my favorite photos

Weekend Snapshots
Hope everyone’s having a relaxing weekend! I wanted to share a few snapshots from the past couple of days. Here in the US, it’s been a long 4th of July weekend, and there are many ways to celebrate this holiday. For me, it’s all about taking a step back from life, being grateful, spending time with the people I care about and trying to remember that it’s summer. It’s been a busy one, and I don’t have a big trip planned so it’s all about the little moments this year!

Happy Saturday, Everyone. I wanted to share a few more snapshots from my week at SXSW 2015. While I love a good live show when it comes to music, I usually stick to SXSW Film, because my time is limited and the film festival is a way for me to recharge, take in some amazing movies, and learn more about the world through the eyes of talented filmmakers.
The Breakfast Club and Other SXSW Adventures
This week is off to an amazing start, and it’s all because SXSW is here! It’s truly the most beautiful time of the year in Austin (spring weather is finally starting), and with travelers from all over the world pouring into the city, it’s a blast to walk around downtown and people watch. I’m only taking Thursday and Friday off from work, so my film festival fun has been limited to one movie a day so far, but they’ve been very memorable selections.
