My Little Pony Week continues at Mirror80 as we celebrate these delightfully bright collectible toys manufactured by Hasbro since the 1980s. Originating as larger “My Pretty Ponies” in 1981, the MLPs took on the classic ’80s form and size we know and love beginning in 1983 and had a 10-year run in the US. After an attempt to revive the Ponies’ popularity in 1997, a global relaunch occurred in 2003, when they were reintroduced to kids and have been popular ever since!
When many of us think of My Little Ponies, we picture rainbows, sparkles and the lost days of colorful wonder. Well yearn for those days no more! Why close the door on nostalgia when you can include a dash of My Little Pony color and sparkle in your daily wardrobe? With the help of some friends from Etsy, Mirror80 brings you pony and product pairings that will knock the socks right off your hooves!
Let’s begin with the images at the top of the post, which prove that the glitter and shine of a My Little Pony’s mane can be yours at the earlobe!
