I would’ve given anything for the treasure trove of beautiful scans and screen shots we have at our fingertips today! That’s why this post is dedicated to highlighting 10 of my favorite Tumblrs for retro design inspiration.

I had a few iridescent stickers in my collection as a child of the ’80s, and it seemed like a dream to find a soft rainbow of color peeking through the pearlescent shimmer. What’s not to love about iridescence?! Now it’s back on many a surface, from serving pieces and drinking glasses to shower curtains and purses. Call it an iridescent Halloween–I’m reveling in the pearly glow!
