When it comes to music video posses, Klymaxx may very well have set some kind of record. And even though the title of the piece is “Meeting in the Ladies Room,” there sure are a lot of men dressed in ’80s-tastic club wear. This track from 1985 made it to #4 on the Billboard R&B chart. One listen and you can see why. And one look at the video–WOW! In terms of fashion, there are some seriously flashy pieces in the club. Shoulder pads, high-waisted pants, sequins and crop tops all make an appearance. Then there’s the ladies room–FABULOUS with its grid walls and well-stocked perfume that probably smelled of glitter and money.
